All we ask is that it be a published "apples-to-apples" comparison.

Comfort Guarantee

Home Comfort Solutions guarantees that when our properly designed system is installed, maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's operating and maintenance manuals, the system will perform as we have stated and agreed upon. If the desired comfort is not achieved, we will make any modifications or repairs necessary to reach the desired temperature at no charge to you for a period of five (5) years.

Installation Workmanship Guarantee

Our installation technicians are the best in skill, attitude and workmanship. They'll care for your home and complete the job with speed and precision. They wear floor savers, clean up when they are finished, and take personal responsibility for your satisfaction. They will not smoke or swear in your home, and they are polite and courteous. If, when they have finished in your home, they have not performed in accordance with these high standards, we'll refund whatever amount of the purchase price you feel to be fair.

When purchasing a matched system, if the Compressor in your Air Conditioner fails during the first five years of ownership, or the Heat Exchanger in your Furnace cracks during the first twenty years of ownership, we will remove the entire unit, rather than the component, and install a complete new unit. If your system breaks down during the first two years and leaves you without cooling or heating more than 24 hours, we will pay you $200 for your inconvenience.

Property Protection Guarantee

All property such as lawns, shrubbery, carpeting, floors, walls, furniture, and door frames are protected. Damaged property will be replaced or repaired. Protective shoe covers and/or hall runners will be used during all work in all traffic areas.

Utility Savings Guarantee

You will save a minimum of 25% on your cooling and heating costs, or we will refund double-the-difference of your savings not realized during the first year. (If your system is not meeting guaranteed savings, you must notify us immediately to allow us to evaluate your system's performance.)
